Job Summary
Prepare and serve consistently high-quality coffee and café beverages while maintaining flavour, presentation, and service standards. Confidently prepare and present menu items, supporting cooking and food preparation with strict adherence to food safety and quality protocols. Provide hands-on support across all operations, including customer service, cleaning, restocking, dishwashing, and daily opening and closing procedures. Guide the team to create a positive, calm, and well-organised environment, taking ownership of smooth operations alongside the chef. Deliver clear, timely updates to Owners regarding stock, wastage, incidents, and any operational issues. Support stock control, ordering, wastage tracking, cash handling, and end-of-day processes. Work 7am to 3pm, Monday to Friday, in Docklands.

- Cooking and food preparation experience
