Job Summary
Organize the service and manage the team of professionals within the therapeutic care and support framework, ensuring service quality for accompanied individuals. Act as the primary interface between the association, partners, families, and persons receiving support while implementing necessary partnerships and prevention measures against maltreatment. Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and leave requests in compliance with social regulations, and conduct periodic professional interviews to identify training needs. This CDD role is based in Montargis, attached to the Service Appui aux Soins et Accompagnements thérapeutiques. The position requires a CAFERUIS diploma or equivalent and offers a salary starting at 3,026.10€ gross monthly, including a security premium and 6 extra vacation days per quarter.
Required Qualifications
- Diplôme de Niveau 6 : CAFERUIS ou diplôme médico-social équivalent
- Leadership naturel
- Qualités managériales, relationnelles et organisationnelles
- Capacité d'adaptation et de gestion du stress
- Intérêt pour la gestion de projet
- Force de propositions et capacité à impulser le changement
- Disponibilité pour un CDD à terme imprécis (remplacement d'un salarié absent) forfait 206 jours, dès que possible
