Job Summary
Plan and execute Cadillac advertising campaigns across digital, print, broadcast, and social channels. Oversee day-to-day management of advertising projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and POs are managed; collaborate with Brand Strategy and agencies to develop ad creative strategy, copy, and visuals that align with Cadillac tone of voice and brand objectives. Review inbound assets for Brand Guidelines and Viz Identity compliance; conduct market research on audiences and trends; liaise with external vendors to ensure smooth execution; assist in budgeting, licensing rights management, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Provide administrative support and help track deliverables and project schedules; work in a hybrid environment reporting to a specific location several times per week.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 5+ years of marketing or advertising experience
- Strong project management abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in advertising platforms, digital marketing tools, and analytics software
- Creative thinking with branding/visual communication
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Experience with both traditional and digital advertising channels
