Job Summary
Cadet Room Instructor responsible for delivering and coordinating daily and weekly youth activities within the Cadet Room program for Boys & Girls Clubs’ members aged 7-9. Includes organizing tournaments and contests, leading table games and crafts, conducting group goal-setting and motivational activities, maintaining bulletin boards and displays, ensuring building safety procedures, supervising members, maintaining equipment, and providing informal counseling and guidance to support positive self-image and social maturation. Strong emphasis on program planning, youth development, supervision, safety, and teamwork is required.
