Job Summary
Calculate yardage, locate errant shots, and maintain the course while cleaning clubs and golf balls. Cheerfully interact with golfers to provide course knowledge, assist with decision-making, and deliver customer service. Uphold resort policies and procedures during on-course training. Must be self-motivated, flexible, and physically capable of carrying 70-pound bags in all-weather conditions. Requires general golf knowledge, excellent communication skills, and ability to work independently and in teams. - physically capable of carrying two bags that can weigh up to 35 pounds each while walking the length of the golf course multiple times a day
- ability to work in all-weather elements, sometimes extreme heat
- ability to stand for majority of shift, while bending, stretching, and lifting
- ability to work on site due to daily needs of the job requirements
Desired Qualifications
