Job Summary
Caddies at Lexington Country Club are trained to assist players by maintaining pace, keeping golf equipment clean, and understanding basic golf etiquette. Responsibilities include cleaning clubs, replacing divots, raking bunkers, and positioning themselves quietly during play. Various skill levels are recognized from B Caddie to Honor Caddie, with increasing responsibilities and knowledge of the game. Successful candidates will demonstrate promptness, a clean appearance, a friendly attitude, and teamwork while being willing to learn.
Required Qualifications
- Promptness (show up on-time when scheduled)
- Maintain a clean appearance
- Friendly and outgoing demeanor
- Ability to lift 30-40 lbs
- Team oriented and organized
- Willingness to learn and adapt to the Club's culture
