Job Summary
Operate AutoCAD Civil 3D systems to develop plan set deliverables, including set and sheet organization, detail development, and interdisciplinary coordination. Assess drawing quality, initiate necessary changes to comply with standards, and design according to industry and state/federal policies. Break projects into tasks, collaborate with Project Managers to confirm scope, and produce computer-generated graphs, charts, and completed drawings from sketches and notes. Calculate figures to convert design dimensions for production processes and create study materials for public meetings and client deliverables. Maintain high-quality product standards while meeting project schedules and deadlines.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to travel to project sites as needed
- Bachelor's or Associate degree in related field
- Entry level knowledge/experience in AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Ability to work independently with direction from team members
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to organize work, engage in a variety of projects/tasks simultaneously and consistently meet deadlines
- Intermediate Microsoft Product software utilization
- Ability to interact well with coworkers
- Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and judgment capabilities
- Results oriented, with a collaborative work style and strong communication skills
