Job Summary
Process conventional field notes and digitally collected data, analyze field data, and interact with survey field crews. Use survey data for the creation of survey plats, sketches, and exhibits including builder services surveys. Create Survey Control Data Sheets, Control Index Sheets, and Horizontal & Vertical Control Sheets. Compute data points for construction layout, write Metes & Bounds Descriptions, and understand Florida standards of practice. Requires 2-5 years of survey experience, CADD proficiency, and Trimble Business Center familiarity.
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of survey experience
- CADD experience
- Solid proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
- Attention to detail, organized
- Strong communication skills both oral and written
- Ability to work well in a team-focused environment
- Must be flexible to changes in work assignments on short notice and/or daily as changes occur in project need
Desired Qualifications
- Trimble Business Center experience
