Job Summary
Create 2D drawings using AutoCAD and produce detailed construction documents for custom modular homes and commercial projects. Coordinate with engineering and production teams to finalize designs, then support material takeoffs and project planning. This role requires 6+ months of AutoCAD experience and strong attention to detail to manage multiple projects. Earn $20–$28/hour plus performance bonuses while working on custom residential and commercial structures within a stable, family-owned company.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work at a computer for extended periods
- Frequent use of drafting software and standard office equipment
- Occasional standing, walking, and movement in production areas
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally
Desired Qualifications
- 6 months+ of AutoCAD experience (preferred)
- Experience with construction drawings (preferred)
