Job Summary
The CAD Production Technician III will perform intermediate to advanced CAD production work in support of water and wastewater infrastructure projects. Responsibilities include preparing and revising engineering drawings using Civil 3D and/or Mechanical CAD, maintaining CAD data integrity, and coordinating drawings across disciplines to ensure consistency. The role requires a strong knowledge of CAD drafting practices, the ability to manage technical tasks independently, and mentoring less experienced staff. Candidates should have 4–6 years of experience in CAD with a focus on water or wastewater projects.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 4–6 years of related CAD/production experience
- Demonstrated mastery of Production Technician II duties or equivalent experience
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency with Civil 3D for pipeline and conveyance design
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Mechanical CAD
- Strong organizational skills
