Job Summary
Process conventional field notes and digitally collected data, analyze field data, and interact with survey field crews. Use survey data for the creation of survey plats, sketches, and exhibits including surveys for builder services. Create Survey Control Data Sheets, Survey Control Index Sheets, Horizontal & Vertical Control Sheets, and compute data points for construction layout. Write and check Metes & Bounds Descriptions while adhering to State of Florida standards of practice. Requires 10-15 years of survey experience, CADD proficiency, and Civil 3D skills.
Required Qualifications
- 10-15 years of survey experience
- CADD experience
- Civil 3D
- Solid proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
- Attention to detail, organized
- Strong communication skills both oral and written
- Ability to work well in a team-focused environment
- Must be flexible to changes in work assignments on short notice and/or daily as changes occur in project need
Desired Qualifications
- Trimble Business Center experience
