Job Summary
Conduct moderately complex technical CAD drafting and modeling for projects across Environment, Water, and Transportation business lines. Prepare high-quality design deliverables adhering to accepted engineering, company, and client standards while working with minimal supervision. Serve as a resource for project-level drafting and assist in developing and deploying office-level CAD and survey standards. May train and supervise technical personnel, perform data entry, and manage technical, cost, and schedule elements within the Quality Management System. Requires a valid U.S. driver's license and in-person Day 1 onboarding.
Required Qualifications
- HS + 2 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
- Valid U.S Driver's License
- Must pass AECOM's Motor Vehicle Records Review
- Must attend an in-person Day 1 onboarding at an AECOM office location as a condition of employment
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in Engineering, Design, Environmental Science or related field
- 3+ years of experience working in an environmental consulting firm
- Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D, Microstation, and OpenRoads
- Experience with survey and grading design
- Experience with REVIT
- Experience with BIM. Able to produce construction documents in BIM environments from start to finish with limited assistance
