Job Summary
CAD Technician for the Movable Bridge Business Unit to assist in the development of 3D design models and drafting plans for transportation projects such as bridges and highways. Responsibilities include drafting plans and detailed drawings from discussions and notes, drawing maps and diagrams with elevations and topographical contours, reviewing engineers' data to develop contract plans, interpreting topographical surveys and borings, producing and duplicating drawings per required specifications, maintaining current methodologies, and acquiring new knowledge. The role utilizes MicroStation and AutoCAD (Autodesk Inventor preferred) with potential hybrid work arrangements and opportunities for mentorship, tuition reimbursement, ESOP, 401K, and career growth. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States; relocation support is not specified as a benefit.
