CAD Technician - Bridge Design (55263)

Job Summary
CAD Technician for bridge design with Modjeski and Masters. Responsibilities include developing 3D design models, drafting plans and detailed drawings for transportation projects (bridges/highways) from discussions, sketches, or notes; drawing maps and profiles using cross-sections and topographical data; reviewing engineers’ data to develop contract plans; correlating data from topographical surveys and borings; finishing and duplicating drawings and documentation packages; maintaining current methodologies; acquiring new knowledge; and calculating pay item quantities. Requires MicroStation, AutoCAD (and Autodesk Inventor preferred) skills. Hybrid work schedule offered with potential for mentorship and professional growth; locations include Mechanicsburg, PA; Philadelphia, PA; Fort Lauderdale, FL, with fully remote possibilities. Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Required Qualifications
- Associate Degree in Engineering Drafting and Design (Preferred)
- Knowledge of MicroStation and AutoCAD drafting software
- Knowledge of Autodesk Inventor software (Preferred)
- 4 years of bridge engineering drafting experience is preferred, not required
- Entry level with no experience may be considered
- Authorized to work in the United States
