Job Summary
Develop CAD drawings for bridge construction projects and prepare quantities and bills of materials for bridge components. Manage time effectively to meet fast-paced deadlines while working with the engineering team to develop plan sets for large road and bridge projects across Indiana. Collaborate as part of a growing team to deliver quality products for clients on the region's best bridge projects. Requires a high school graduate with 2+ years of experience, proficiency in AutoCAD or Microstation/Geopak, and rebar detailing skills. Full-time role based in Indianapolis, IN, offering exceptional benefits, training, and mentorship.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds
- Consistent, reliable attendance and punctuality
Desired Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Aided Drafting or similar field
- Experience with Autocad or similar design software
- Experience with Microstation/Geopak
- Experience with rebar detailing
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- 2+ years of experience
