Job Summary
Prepare initial job submittals and site layouts by collaborating with sales and electrical engineers. Draft detailed blueprints and diagrams of generator enclosures, specifying dimensions and fastening methods. Resolve design issues with shop manufacturing, purchasing, and sales teams. Document additional work completed in the shop and create instruction manuals and kits for field use. Investigate and record product design changes and improvements. Requires 4+ years of related experience, proficiency in 2D AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office Excel. Revit and 3-D modeling skills are a plus.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of related experience
- experience in 2D AutoCAD software
- Experience with Microsoft Office Excel
- Must have good communication skills
