Job Summary
Prepare complex permitting and construction plans, details, and maps for civil engineering projects involving land development, utilities, transportation, and infrastructure throughout Florida. Apply advanced AutoCAD Civil 3D proficiency to develop accurate deliverables and perform quality control reviews to ensure compliance with industry standards. Mentor junior CAD technicians by providing technical guidance while collaborating with engineers and project managers to support deadlines. Work independently with minimal oversight, identifying solutions to technical challenges and contributing to continuous process improvement. Monday through Friday 8AM to 5PM.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive civil engineering production experience
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Thorough understanding of civil engineering drafting standards, codes, and regulations
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Highly motivated, dependable, and team-oriented
- Monday through Friday 8AM to 5PM
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience mentoring or training junior staff is preferred
