Job Summary
Design and develop complex multi-layer PCB layouts including rigid, rigid-flex, and HDI boards for mixed-signal and RF applications. Perform high-speed routing with controlled impedance and differential pair techniques while applying best practices for signal integrity, power integrity, and EMI/EMC mitigation. Generate fabrication and assembly documentation, conduct DFM, DFA, and DFT reviews, and collaborate with electrical, mechanical, and manufacturing teams throughout the product development lifecycle. This role supports advanced electronics manufacturing across aerospace, defense, medical, and industrial technology sectors.
Required Qualifications
- 2–5+ years of PCB layout experience within high-reliability industries
- Strong experience with Altium Designer
- Hands-on experience with mixed-signal and RF PCB designs
- Experience supporting high-speed interfaces such as DDR, PCIe, or SERDES
- Strong understanding of controlled impedance routing, SI/PI fundamentals, and EMI/EMC design practices
- Experience with multi-layer stack-ups including 8+ layer boards
- Associate's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent hands-on experience
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with additional PCB CAD tools such as Cadence Allegro, OrCAD, or Siemens Xpedition preferred
