Job Summary
Provide strategic leadership to the Technical Documents team and supervise, mentor, and develop team members. Develop and implement standardized processes for creating, reviewing, and revising technical drawings in compliance with industry regulations. Oversee production and organization of technical drawing standards for civil engineering, land development, and architecture projects, including complex permit submission sets of 200+ pages.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in a leadership role overseeing technical document management in a civil engineering, land planning, or architectural setting
- In-depth knowledge of industry-standard technical drawing practices, software, and tools including Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and related Autodesk products
- Strong understanding of line weights and printing requirements for large format documentation
- Civil 3D
