Job Summary
Design equipment floor plans and provide site-specific scope of work by coordinating with Marketing and communicating with Construction Managers and Real Estate. Develop and maintain equipment/design standards manuals; create and maintain organized floor plans, drawings, and site photographs; assist with project-specific equipment requirements and costs for Purchase Orders; support Region Facility field personnel and contribute to achieving Financial and Key Result Area targets. Requires collaboration with Region personnel, knowledge of store marketing and company operations, and proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, MS Office applications, and related design tools.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in technical design or related field preferred
- 2-3 years’ experience working in construction, marketing, service management or more preferred
- Must be knowledgeable in store marketing, image and company operations
- Must be computer literate in AutoDesk AutoCAD software, Adobe Photoshop, MS Access, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
