CAD Engineer

Job Summary
CAD Engineer responsible for dimensioning parts and components based on specifications from the SOR and the ProMaP workflow, designing robust serial parts and components considering tolerances and costs, and defining CAD guidelines and standards. Will document design results per internal standards, develop ongoing professional skills, implement innovative designs, ensure high quality of data exchange with internal teams, customers, and suppliers, and contribute to standardization processes in the CAD area. Requires an engineering degree and ≥3 years of related experience, with proficiency in GD&T and Mandarin/English; familiarity with local CAD systems and D-FMEA is preferred. The role is based in Wuxi, China, and emphasizes collaboration within a global technology group.
Required Qualifications
- Engineering degree (Master, Bachelor or Diploma in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, Design Engineering or similar)
- >3 years related work experience preferable
- Experience in main local CAD system preferable
- Good knowledge in GD&T
- Mandarin, English
- Experience in D-FMEA participation preferable
