CAD Engineer

Job Summary
Create, modify, and update comprehensive technical and execution drawings for production, office, and architectural layouts. Plan, organize, and optimize the layout, partitioning, and furnishing of production and technical spaces while coordinating the logistics, transport, and final positioning of production machinery. Prepare annual surface area reports using CAFM tools to support short-, medium-, and long-term space planning. Collaborate closely with production planning and technical functions teams to develop layout change proposals. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, or Architecture, plus 2-3 years of construction design experience. Advanced AutoCAD skills are essential, with BIM knowledge as a plus. English B2 level required.
Required Qualifications
- At least a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, Cadastre, or Architecture
- Bachelor's degree in Industiral Engineering, specialized in Production Planning
- 2-3 years of experience in construction design
- 1-2 years of experience in production planning
- Advanced skills and hands-on experience with AutoCAD software
- English - Upper-Intermediate level (B2 equivalent), with good written and spoken communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Understanding or experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) software
