Job Summary
Develop survey drawings from field collection through final submittal, including 3D topographic models, boundary survey plats, oil and gas profiles, and construction layout projects. Prepare ALTA, subdivision plats, legal descriptions, and exhibits while performing deed research and plotting. Create surface models and analyze raw data for mathematical closure using AutoCAD Civil 3D or OpenRoads software. Request utility locate tickets through Call Okie and provide survey information for GIS. Communicate with survey crews and other staff throughout the workflow. Full-time position with 2+ years of drafting experience preferred.

- Knowledge in Civil3D or OpenRoads
- Experience in AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Experience in PDF software
- Experience in Word
- Experience in Outlook
- Experience in Excel
Desired Qualifications
- 2+ years experience preferred
- Previous topographic and boundary survey drafting experience preferred
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
- Willingness to learn and improve process as needed
