Job Summary
CAD Drafter / Design Technician to support projects across the U.S. This role blends fieldwork, drafting, and design—perform on-site building measurements with laser tools, draft and update plans in AutoCAD (2020+), with some work in Revit, and produce drawings for leasing, design, and construction use. Assist with schematic design for tenant buildouts, scan/organize/maintain property blueprints, and travel nationwide for site visits. Preferred skills include familiarity with Revit Architecture, knowledge of IBC/ADA or state building codes, and exposure to SketchUp or Rhino. Located in Milwaukee, WI; on-site/hybrid travel to various job sites is required.
Required Qualifications
- Skilled in AutoCAD (2020 or newer)
- Strong Microsoft Office knowledge (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Understanding of construction materials and methods
- Highly detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable
- Comfortable traveling and working independently in warehouses or job sites
