Job Summary
CAD Drafter sought to join AgeWave Solutions in Middleton, FL, to produce detailed architectural drafting and construction documentation using AutoCAD. Responsibilities include preparing floor plans, elevations, sections, details, site plans, and permit drawings; developing complete construction document packages for commercial, residential, mixed-use, hospitality, and community-focused projects; coordinating drawings with structural, MEP, and civil consultants; ensuring adherence to building codes, ADA standards, and project specifications; maintaining drafting standards and revision tracking; and supporting project coordination and QA processes. Requires 2+ years of CAD drafting experience, strong AutoCAD proficiency, ability to read drawings, familiarity with drafting standards, and excellent communication skills. Preferred qualifications include an associate degree or technical certification in Drafting or related fields, plus familiarity with Revit, SketchUp, Bluebeam, and Florida codes. In-office role with flexible hours in Middleton, FL (and listed The Villages, FL as an additional location hint). Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional CAD drafting experience in architecture, construction, engineering, or related industries
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
