Produce civil engineering plan sets for land development and site design using AutoCAD Civil 3D, translating field data and design intent into permit-ready drawings. Include grading, drainage, utilities, and site layout; incorporate survey field data; draft plats, easements, legal descriptions, and survey exhibits; apply CAD standards and templates; coordinate with engineers and surveyors to resolve design details; prepare permit submittal packages and address municipal redline comments; manage drawing revisions and project file organization; assist with quantity take-offs and construction detail preparation.
