CAD Designer - Architecture

Job Summary
Prepare detailed architectural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, working drawings, and Good for Construction (GFC) documents based on approved designs. Develop comprehensive documentation packages from design development through construction stages and produce joinery details, wall sections, and schedules in accordance with project requirements. Coordinate with structural, MEP, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure accurate integration of design information and review drawings based on design revisions, site requirements, and client feedback. Ensure all deliverables comply with project standards, building codes, and industry best practices while maintaining high attention to detail.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Diploma degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design or a related field
- Proficiency in design software (e.g. AutoCAD, Revit)
- Strong understanding of design principles
