Job Summary
CAD/BIM Specialist sought to support BMS design and coordination within AECOM's Building Engineering Division. Responsible for complex CADD assignments and production coordination using AutoCAD or MicroStation to support Mechanical and Electrical design teams, with experience in BMS systems (e.g., Trend, Tridium, Niagara) and delivering across office fit out, industrial, and government/public sector projects. Role requires contributing to CADD drawing production, digitizing sketches, and meeting deadlines within a hybrid working model. Chartership or progress toward it is encouraged.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum HNC level related engineering mechanical qualification or Degree in building services engineering, electrical engineering or computer science
