Job Summary
CAD/BIM Specialist responsible for designing and supporting BMS systems across diverse sectors, performing complex CADD assignments, and coordinating CAD drawing production using AutoCAD or MicroStation. Requires solid BMS knowledge (Trend, Tridium, Niagara) and experience in a consultancy or systems-integrator environment, with a minimum of an engineering qualification (HNC level or a degree in building services, electrical, or computer science). The role offers a flexible hybrid work model, opportunities for professional development through AECOM University and networks, and collaboration with Mechanical and Electrical teams to deliver high-impact infrastructure projects.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum HNC level related engineering mechanical qualification or Degree in building services engineering, electrical engineering or computer science
- Good BMS systems knowledge (e.g. Trend, Tridium, Niagara) gained through industry work experience working for a BMS/Control systems manufacturer, as a contractor or specialist systems integrator or in a similar consultancy role
