Job Summary
Perform complex CADD assignments and coordinate drawing production in support of the CADD manager. Execute advanced scale and edit assignments using computer-aided design and drafting equipment to meet set results and deadlines. Digitize or trace sketches and concepts from designers using CADD software such as AutoCAD or MicroStation. Make decisions based on general understanding of procedures, company policies, and business practices to achieve general results and deadlines. This role sits within the Building Engineering Division's Specialisms Operating unit, providing BMS design and support services to complement Mechanical and Electrical teams across office fit-out, mixed-use, industrial, and government sectors.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum HNC level related engineering mechanical qualification or Degree in building services engineering, electrical engineering or computer science
- Good BMS systems knowledge (e.g. Trend, Tridium, Niagara)
- Chartership or working towards
