Job Summary
Perform repair, assemble, disassemble, test, paint, and ship wellhead equipment while maintaining inventory for all identified components. Evaluate and inspect equipment condition, dry fit parts, and communicate relevant information with internal sources. Service and repair equipment as requested by customers in accordance with maintenance procedures, ensuring appropriate tools and backup parts are available. Maintain a high degree of customer satisfaction by providing timely and competent service. Adhere to all safety, health, and environmental policies, including wearing required PPE and complying with protocols for working around heavy machinery and in extreme weather.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Two to four years related experience and/or training
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
- Basic understanding of API, QA and QPM
- Intermediate Computer Skills
- Intermediate Language Skills
- Intermediate Mathematical Skills
- Intermediate Reasoning Ability
- Must be able to lift/move up to 50 pounds regularly
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 12 hours per shift)
- Must be able to climb stairs and ladders
- Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, and reach
- Must be able to work in confined spaces when required
- Must be able to operate heavy equipment and power tools
- Must be able to perform repetitive movements
- Must be able to work in extreme weather conditions
- Must be able to work in loud noise levels requiring hearing protection
- Must be able to work in high places and confined spaces
- Must be able to work around moving mechanical parts
- Must be able to work in hot and cold temperatures
- Must be able to wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Must be able to follow all safety protocols and procedures
- Must be able to participate in regular safety training
- Must be able to complete required safety certifications
- Must be able to comply with all environmental regulations
- Must be able to travel to remote locations
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must be able to wear personal protective equipment (PPE)
