Job Summary
Lead and train shipping and receiving employees to ensure conformance to company standards and meet production specifications. Create and document shipments and transfers in Syteline, securing transportation and third-party logistics for material distribution. Verify inbound and outbound documentation against equipment, monitor Hot Shot drivers for safety compliance, and perform quantity moves for inventory. Stencil and yellow-dot equipment, complete receiving reports, and verify weight and specifications on casing and pup joints. Maintain records in paper and electronic form, communicate with the Materials Manager on inventory levels, and fulfill on-call duties every other week and after-hours. Operate in an industrial/field environment with extended standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and exposure to extreme weather and hazardous materials.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- One to three months related experience and/or training
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
- Working knowledge of API Standards and shipping & receiving procedures
- Basic Computer, Language, and Mathematical Skills
- Basic Reasoning Ability
- Must be able to lift/move up to 50 pounds regularly
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 12 hours per shift)
- Must be able to climb stairs and ladders
- Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, and reach
- Must be able to work in confined spaces when required
- Must be able to operate heavy equipment and power tools
- Must be able to perform repetitive movements
- Must be able to work in extreme weather conditions
- Must be able to work in loud noise levels requiring hearing protection
- Must be able to work in high places and confined spaces
- Must be able to work around moving mechanical parts
- Must be able to work in hot and cold temperatures
- Must be able to wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Must be able to follow all safety protocols and procedures
- Must be able to participate in regular safety training
- Must be able to complete required safety certifications
- Must be able to comply with all environmental regulations
- Must have a valid driver's license

- Must be able to travel to remote locations
- Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening
