Job Summary
Lead Health, Safety, and Environmental initiatives to ensure operational compliance and promote safe work environments within a fixed facility and dispersed workforce. Promote a learning culture to reduce risks, design and deliver training materials, and facilitate learning events for significant incidents. Assist in developing web-based HSE databases, including employee setup, incident tracking, and hazard communication records. Ensure corrective actions are completed timely, participate in workplace inspections and audits to identify nonconformities, and conduct incident investigations at customer sites. Perform multi-branch oversight visits and travel to field locations as required. Maintain safe work habits and comply with all safety policies and regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (BS) in technical field (engineering/science, environmental science, industrial hygiene, occupational safety and health sciences)
- minimum 5 years of direct experience in health & safety management and environmental compliance
- ASP, OHST or equivalent
- Working knowledge of HSE Management System Audits
