Job Summary
Lead Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) initiatives to ensure operational compliance and promote safe work environments across a fixed facility and dispersed workforce. Promote a learning culture to reduce risks, design and deliver training materials, and facilitate learning events for significant incidents. Assist in developing web-based HSE databases for employee training, incident tracking, and hazard communication. Conduct workplace inspections, behavior-based observations, and audits to identify nonconformities, while ensuring corrective actions are closed timely. Participate in technical planning, support line management, and travel to customer sites for incident investigations and multi-branch oversight visits. Bachelor's degree in a technical field with five years of HSE management experience and ASP or OHST certification required. Full-time onsite role in Bossier City, LA.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (BS) in technical field (engineering/science, environmental science, industrial hygiene, occupational safety and health sciences)
- minimum 5 years of direct experience in health & safety management and environmental compliance
- ASP, OHST or equivalent
