Job Summary
Install, test, service, and repair wellhead equipment while maintaining customer satisfaction through timely and competent field work. Check equipment compatibility, inspect conditions, and communicate findings to customers. Perform routine maintenance on service vehicles and report required repairs to the Branch Manager. Prepare field service orders, rental tickets, and customer documents accurately. Identify and ensure appropriate tools, backup equipment, and parts are available for service jobs. Report field problems and failures to process Field Complaint Reports. Maintain a high degree of customer satisfaction by providing timely and competent service.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- 1-3 years related experience and/or training
- Customer required training
- Certified in H2S
- Certified in SafeLand
- Certified in DOT when driving vehicles greater than 10,001 GVWR
- Working knowledge of Cactus Wellhead Product
- Working knowledge of Customer Service Best Practices
- Working knowledge of Service Documentation and Record Keeping
- Working knowledge of Wellhead and Valve Equipment Compatibility
- Working knowledge of Wellhead and Valve Installation
- Working knowledge of Wellhead and Valve Operation
- Working knowledge of Wellhead and Valve Maintenance
- Working knowledge of Field Equipment Repair
- Working knowledge of Equipment Troubleshooting of Cactus Wellhead and other OEM Equipment
- Intermediate Computer, Language, and Mathematical Skills
- Intermediate Reasoning Ability
- Ability to speak, read and understand English
- Must be able to lift/move up to 50 pounds regularly
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 12 hours per shift)
- Ability to climb stairs and ladders
- Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and reach
- Ability to work in confined spaces when required
- Ability to operate heavy equipment and power tools
- Ability to perform repetitive movements
- Ability to work in extreme weather conditions
- Ability to work in loud noise levels requiring hearing protection
- Ability to work in high places and confined spaces
- Ability to work around moving mechanical parts
- Ability to work in hot and cold temperatures
- Ability to wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Ability to follow all safety protocols and procedures
- Ability to participate in regular safety training
- Ability to complete required safety certifications
- Ability to comply with all environmental regulations
