Job Summary
The Field Service Technician is responsible for performing installation, testing, servicing, and repairing of wellhead equipment while ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Key responsibilities include providing timely and competent service to maintain customer satisfaction, diagnosing and repairing field equipment, maintaining service vehicles, and preparing accurate documentation such as Field Service Orders and Rental Tickets. Candidates must possess a high school diploma or GED, relevant experience, and specific certifications required for the role. A working knowledge of wellhead products, customer service best practices, and equipment maintenance is essential.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-3 years related experience and/or training
- Certified in H2S, SafeLand and DOT when driving vehicles greater than 10,001 GVWR
