Job Summary
Responsible for all field service activities including installation, testing, servicing, and repairing wellhead equipment. The role requires compliance with quality, safety, health, and environmental policies. Candidates should have a strong working knowledge of wellhead equipment and possess intermediate computer and mathematical skills. Responsibilities include maintaining customer satisfaction, preparing service orders, and ensuring appropriate tools and parts are available for service jobs.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- 3 to 5 years related experience and/or training
- Working knowledge of Cactus Wellhead Product
- Intermediate computer skills
- Ability to speak, read, and understand English
Desired Qualifications
- Customer specific required training
- Certification in H2S, SafeLand, and DOT when driving vehicles greater than 10,001 GVWR
