Job Summary
Release/Classification Specialist responsible for obtaining correct HS classifications for customs release, verifying tariff treatment, and entering and releasing shipment data across multiple systems (ACROSS, 1Source, CADEX) while coordinating with Government Departments and clients. Requires strong data-entry, documentation handling, and communication skills; 5+ years of Release Analyst experience and a Certified Customs Specialist designation; proficient in MS Office and familiar with customs brokerage processes.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma and 2 years of College required
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Release Analyst with a Certified Customs Specialist Designation
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent communication, organizational and inter-personal skills
