CAC/PKI Registration Authority - German (TESA required)

PKI Registration Authority (RA) role in Stuttgart supporting USHQDA PKI operations for NIPR and SIPR. Provide Registration Authority support, assist in developing and updating PKI plans/procedures, support PKI tools across network environments, manage production and issuance of NEATS and SIPR PKI Tokens, provide token/certificate support, maintain TA creation/removal processes, assist in PKI training and serve as liaison between HQDA NETCOM and Army TAs for certificate issue resolution. Utilize PKI records repository to validate signatures and ensure PKI operations per DoW policies; maintain a daily logbook of PKI activities; perform data analysis for weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting; perform beta testing of new token versions and PKI applications; maintain PKI documentation and templates for issuance, revocation, and key recover actions; resolve PKI certificate issues through basic PKI troubleshooting; coordinate token/certificate issuance with over 700 Trusted Agents and various commands; prepare for annual compliance audits and checks. This position requires Active Secret clearance, TES A accreditation, and a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with significant specialized IT/PKI experience. Location is Stuttgart, Germany with onsite work expectations; travel is limited.
