Conduct daily inspections and operational adjustments across the carbon black production line, including collection, pre-pelletizing, and pelletizing stages. Monitor equipment status and process parameters, manage production start-ups, shut-downs, and product transfers, and execute emergency responses per SOP. Maintain work area 5S standards, supervise maintenance activities, and manage additive receiving and IBC reprocessing. Document daily logs, participate in safety meetings, and propose process improvements while adhering to strict health, safety, and environmental protocols.
