Job Summary
Execute varied manufacturing tasks including testing, inspecting, and advanced rack building while operating machinery and tools. Follow detailed documentation to perform process-oriented assignments and support quality assurance by auditing materials and building for standards. Identify areas for process improvement and coordinate team tasks to meet customer-to-order expectations. Support new employee training and assist with products through their maturity life cycle. Requires 2-4 years of manufacturing operations experience, US citizenship, and strong mathematical and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a US Citizen
- Fluency in English and local language
- Very strong mathematics and reading comprehension skills
- Demonstrated physical capability (e.g., manual dexterity)
- Excellent understanding of how to navigate tools and procedures
- Very strong written and verbal communication skills
- Very strong teamwork and coordination skills
- Strong multi-tasking ability
- Strong technical knowledge specific to business function and segment
- Basic computersoftware skills
- Associate degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Typically 2-4 years of experience in manufacturing operations
- The qualified candidate would be assigned to work 2nd shift, 3:00pm-11:30pm Monday-Friday (OT as needed)
