Job Summary
Lead a team of cabling technicians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of cabling systems for clients, ensuring all work meets the highest quality standards and industry regulations. Plan and coordinate projects by scheduling, procuring materials, and assigning team members while troubleshooting issues during installations. Communicate effectively with clients and staff to meet project goals and deadlines, maintaining accurate records of completed work, materials, and time. Adhere to all safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment. Requires a minimum of 3 years' experience as a subcontractor with prior leadership roles, strong knowledge of fiber and copper cabling, and a valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in cabling installation and maintenance as subcontractor
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of cabling systems, including fiber optic and copper cabling
- Familiarity with industry regulations and best practices
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
