Job Summary
Cables Manufacturing Engineer (Level 2 or 3) responsible for designing and validating manufacturing processes for cable assemblies, creating MES-based build plans from released cable drawings, generating in-process change records, troubleshooting production issues, and implementing process improvements on the on-site Chandler, AZ production floor. Collaborates with cable design and production teams to ensure tool and equipment layouts support efficient production, while ensuring compliance with regulations and quality standards. Supports root-cause analysis and corrective actions, and may be involved in engineering changes and updates to MES plans; travel up to 10% is required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of related experience OR Master’s degree with 0 years of related experience
- Experience working with MES or similar system
- Familiarity with Root Cause and Corrective Action
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work within a team environment

- U.S. Citizenship may be required for government clearance positions
