• •Previous experience of working in a factory environment
• •Enthusiasm and be highly motivated
• •Strong safety ethic and personal safety record

• •Positive attitude prepared to take the initiative and make decisions that support operational targets
• •Excellent interpersonal, team working and communication skills
• •Basic keyboards skills and IT aptitude for, maintaining work records and relevant data recording
• •Good standard of education, achieving GSCE level or equivalent in Maths and English
• •Must be able to work flexibly across multiple processes and operations
• •Must be able to work safely, within specified training and risk assessments
• •Must be able to demonstrate a commitment to continual improvement in Safety, Quality and Productivity
• •Must be able to maintain attention to detail at all times
• •Must be able to produce high-quality products

• •Must be able to perform Set-Up Preparation

• •Must be able to work staggered 4 on, 4 off shift pattern
• •Must be able to work 2 days then 2 nights
• •Must be able to work 7am-7pm/7pm – 7am
• •Must be able to work during May shutdown
• •Must be able to work during Christmas shutdown
• •Must be able to work 37 hours average working week
• •Must be able to take 16 floating free choice holidays
