Job Summary
Install and repair broadband services while educating customers on their use, working outdoors in various environments and inclement weather. Solve complex technical issues using hand tools and navigate company vehicles across different terrains. Carry equipment weighing up to 75 lbs, climb ladders up to 32 feet, and work in confined spaces. Travel to customer premises, company facilities, and other locations as necessary, maintaining a valid driver's license with a safe driving record. Fluent in English with proficiency in computers and software applications, you will build relationships with colleagues and customers while completing on-the-job training. Earn $20/hour with self-progression opportunities to advance through technician levels and earn certifications.
Required Qualifications
- Work lawfully in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- Ability to travel (including during inclement weather) to and from assigned customer premises, company facilities and other locations as necessary
