Job Summary
Install and repair cable services while educating customers on their use, solving technical challenges outdoors in various environments. Utilize hand tools and operate company vehicles to travel to customer premises, company facilities, and other locations as necessary, including during inclement weather. Carry tools and equipment up to 75 lbs, climb ladders up to 32 feet, and work in confined spaces and at heights. Maintain a valid driver's license with a safe driving record and demonstrate proficiency in computers, software, and critical thinking.
Required Qualifications
- Work lawfully in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- Ability to travel (including during inclement weather) to and from assigned customer premises, company facilities and other locations as necessary
- Fluent in English
- Proficiency in using computers and software applications
