Job Summary
Install and repair broadband services while educating customers on their use, utilizing hand tools and navigating various terrains and weather conditions. Solve complex technical issues outdoors, climb ladders up to 32 feet, and work in confined spaces or at heights while carrying equipment weighing up to 75 lbs. Operate company vehicles and travel to assigned customer premises, company facilities, and other locations as necessary, including during inclement weather. Maintain a valid driver's license with a safe driving record and demonstrate effective communication and time management skills. Earn $20+ per hour with opportunities for self-progression and additional certifications.
Required Qualifications
- Work lawfully in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- Ability to travel (including during inclement weather) to and from assigned customer premises, company facilities and other locations as necessary
- Fluent in English
- Proficiency in using computers and software applications
