Job Summary
Install, terminate, and test fiber optic and copper cabling in new construction high-rise environments while performing tenant improvements and troubleshooting existing systems. Build out IDF/MDF closets, install racks and patch panels, and interpret blueprints to execute cable pathways and device locations. Ensure all cabling is clean, organized, labeled, and compliant with NEC, ANSI/TIA, and site standards. Complete job documentation including timesheets, daily reports, and test results. Requires a valid driver's license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and availability for 40+ hours per week. Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of structured cabling or low voltage experience

Desired Qualifications
- Experience working on commercial high-rise towers, office complexes, and large multi-floor projects
- Fiber splicing and OTDR testing skills
- Termination of Cat5e, Cat6, Cat6a, and fiber (SC, LC, ST)
- Proficiency in installing and labeling faceplates, device IDs, and cable trays
- Familiar with finish work and trim-out in polished commercial interiors
- Experience with security devices such as cameras, access control panels, and motion sensors
