Cable Technician

Lead the installation, repair, and testing of voice, data, and audio visual infrastructures while coordinating daily assignments for junior crewmembers, temp labor, and subcontractors. Direct crews of two to four technicians on service calls, adds, moves, and changes, ensuring all work is completed with quality and within deadlines. Verify crew hours, update customer documentation, and interact with clients, contractors, and vendors on the job site. Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to company policies and standards for lifting, termination, and splicing. Complete work orders and material transfer forms while pursuing ongoing education in corporate or specialty courses.
