Job Summary
Install and repair broadband services, including Internet, TV, and mobile, while educating customers on usage. Solve complex technical challenges outdoors using hand tools and navigate various terrains and inclement weather conditions. Carry equipment weighing up to 75 lbs, climb ladders up to 32 feet, and operate company vehicles to reach assigned customer premises. Maintain a valid driver's license and possess proficiency in computers and software applications. Work in a dynamic environment building relationships with colleagues and customers, utilizing on-the-job training to progress through career levels.
Required Qualifications
- Work lawfully in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- Ability to travel (including during inclement weather) to and from assigned customer premises, company facilities and other locations as necessary
